No one way of eating is best for everyone. We each have our own body, our own ancestry, and are living our lives in our own unique way. Simply put, food can either compliment or complicate these things, and our bodies are sending us valuable messages about that each and every day.
That being said, it goes without saying that whole, natural, unprocessed food allows your body to thrive. And whether you’re a meat eater, vegan, or somewhere in between, it is an unparalleled experience to connect with your food in it’s own environment.
My purpose is to bring you closer to your food from wherever you are.
Getting even one small step closer to what you eat begins to shift everything, creating a bond between you, your body, and nature that can’t be broken. This only leads to more good in your life: a stronger love of self, a rock solid gut instinct, and a greater sense of purpose: I call this “Intestuition.”
