With programs lasting anywhere from 1 day to 4 months, topics covered include Immunity Boosting, Spring Cleaning, New Years Resolution Solutions, Foods to Choose for Optimum Moods, and more.

Here’s how my group programs work:
- Programs are conducted over the phone in an interactive conference call format, so that anyone can participate from the comforts of wherever they are.
- Participants “meet” every 2 weeks, ensuring accountability and continuous support.
- During each call, participants receive coaching with simple & specific recommendations.
- After each call, I email my group members a re-cap, recipes, and relevant handouts.
- You receive unlimited email support between calls (48 hr. turnaround).
- All calls are recorded and available to participants who have missed a call for any reason.
- Each group is limited to 4 members
