No one way of eating is best for everyone. Working one on one with a health coach gives you the space, knowledge, and support needed to find out which way of eating and living works best for you. We begin with a free 30 minute initial health consultation by phone that gives us both the opportunity to see if we’re a good match, and from there we determine together what the best next step is.
As your accountability partner, I work closely with you to make sure you get what you need from your food and life while learning to let go of the things that are no longer working for you. Get ready to prioritize you in a fun, supportive, and safe environment.
I work with my clients over the phone to allow for flexibility, comfort, and punctuality.
Crave Health & Wellness Coaching
This is a longer term program for one on one support, typically lasting anywhere from 3-6 months. During your initial health consultation, we will determine the appropriate length & direction of your program based specifically on your goals, your timeline, your commitment, and your priorities.
